- Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for all orders and dietary requirements. This enables us to source the freshest ingredients and cater to your specific needs. Same-day orders are available if placed before 10 am, subject to availability.
- Can you cater for dietary restrictions?
- Absolutely. We provide gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. We take care to avoid contamination; however, our kitchen contains many ingredients, and small traces may be present. Please inform us of all dietary requirements when booking.
- What are your payment terms?
- We offer 14-day invoice terms for established corporate accounts. New clients can pay by card on delivery or via bank transfer before delivery.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
- Changes are welcome up to 24 hours before delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge to cover food preparation costs.
- Do you provide serving equipment?
- Yes, we include plates, napkins, and serving utensils with every order. Additional equipment, such as coffee cups and cutlery, can be arranged if needed.
